I appreciate the relationship with the people in charge of our brands. I also appreciate the simplicity of the Hivency platform in general; it's very easy to create new campaigns, and it doesn't take much time. Finally, I like the fact that Jennifer and Jordan are attentive to my requests and questions at any time. In terms of relationships and communication, everything is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SKEEPERS Influencer Marketing? The weaknesses of Hivency, in my opinion, are as follows: the quality of influencers. In a campaign, for example, you can have 300 candidates (for a good attractive campaign), and out of the 300, only a minority will be selected in the end because many profiles are not worth it, both in terms of the quality of their Instagram feed and their engagement rate (low). It's difficult to have quality influencers applying; maybe Hivency should do a pre-selection? Second negative point, as I have already mentioned before, when an influencer does not do their job properly, they are not removed from the platform, no sanctions... Some never post their photos and stories... this is a very negative point in my opinion. Finally, the last issue, more of a logistical nature, is that packages sometimes arrive "broken" to influencers, and we have to resend a package again via our company, even though we pay for the full service. Regarding logistics, we have been having problems for some time now and I don't think they have been resolved, but I believe a financial "gesture" has been made in compensation for this inconvenience. (For my part, I do not handle the budget aspect of our relations). Some influencers had to get back to Jennifer regarding issues with broken packages and also concerning the fire at Hivency. The plateform is really easy to use and offers different communication canals (Instagram, Tik Tok, blogs). We have tried to work with one of Octoly's competitor for another market, and we finnaly took the decision to gather everything on Octoly. Influencers they hire are qualitative and reliable.
