**What do you like best about Sked Social?**

I've tried a few different social media scheduling companies and I really like the different features that Sked Social offers - especially posting stories and multi-image posts to Instagram (most other companies won't post those directly - they'll send you a notification to do so yourself. Not Sked Social!). I also appreciate that they will schedule posts the same day and that I can post immediately and directly from their website. I use this program a few times throughout the month and it's been very helpful in growing our department's social media presence. I just recently trained my coworker on how to use the website and it took less than 10 minutes - it's very easy to use! I've never had to reach out to customer support so I can't speak to that, but I think the fact that I've never had to reach out speaks for itself. I've used them for 2 years now and plan to continue using them for many more years to come!

**What do you dislike about Sked Social?**

One issue I've found - and this happens very infrequently - is that sometimes, posts won't go out at the scheduled times. From what I understand, this company utilizes real people who post your content in real time. If you're trying to schedule a post for a busier time, it can take them a while to get the content on your account as they're trying to do so for all their users. Most of our posts aren't time sensitive; if they are, I'll try to accommodate this lag by scheduling "out of office" posts or the like for earlier than I need. 
This has only happened a hanful of times, but another issue is "failure to post" of some content. I'm not sure why this happens, but I can typically go in and manually post my content if this ever occurs. 
If you manually post content that fails or doesn't go out when you need it to, just make sure to delete the content from Sked Social. We've had a few posts get posted to our accounts twice. 
Overall, I'm very happy with them - just a few things to consider!

**What problems is Sked Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sked Social posts my content directly to social media so I don't have to worry about getting it out at a specific time. While I typically get my analytics directly from the social media sites, the weekly and monthly emails from Sked Social help me keep any eye on a few analyitics without having to research them directly.

**What do you like best about Sked Social?**

Sked is a super convenient tool for social scheduling and approvals. I love the calendar and planner features which make organic social planning easier and more aesthetically pleasing. I also love that the sked team is always there and ready to help me with any problems, they are so easy to reach out too and are always able to solve my problems.

**What do you dislike about Sked Social?**

I wish it was slightly easier to create dversions of posts for different platforms and to move them around the calendar as one item, I've been using sked for about 2 years now so I am used too all the little quirks but it felt like a slight learning curve at the start.

**What problems is Sked Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love being able to schedule my posts in advance and see the full calendar view to get a clear idea of what our social pages will look like over the coming months.

**What do you like best about Sked Social?**

I like that I can easily create posts for one of my companies that goes out to multiple platforms at once. I also can toggle between my businesses quickly and see a snapshot calendar of all posts for the month in one place, labeled by color

**What do you dislike about Sked Social?**

There are glitches with the Collab feature and it's not super easy to share Reels. Sometime the "tag" feature doesn't work as well

We don't have a dedicated social media team, this platform allows my employees to create and manage our social program for our 8 hotels in a quick and efficient manner. There's also a review/approval feature so we can approve posts before they go out- that is very helpful

  ### 8. Incredible value, robust features

**What do you like best about Sked Social?**

I've used most social media management tools, including HootSuite, Later, Content Cal, and Sprout, and I'm consistently blown away by the robustness and value of Sked Social. I use it to manage my roster of 8+ clients.

Sked fills gaps where others fall short with auto-publishing to Instagram Stories, TikTok, and Google Business while covering all of the essentials on Meta platforms, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter (and probably more — these are just the ones I use). They also have product tagging for Instagram, which is essential for me as I work with DTC e-commerce brands.

Possibly the biggest game-changer is Sked's approvals flow. My clients have been on a tour of approvals processes with me and we all agree, Sked's approvals process is the most user-friendly and best for team collaboration. My clients also love the ability to have their grid in their bio link with Sked Link as well as the aesthetic customization options of Sked Link.

I like the built-in AI tool for caption writing and am excited to explore Tags to gain more powerful insights and inspiration. 

This review wouldn't be complete without recognizing Sked's support team. Anytime I have an issue, they get back to me within minutes, which is above and beyond any support I've received from other platforms. 

Sked costs a tiny fraction of what I was paying for an agency plan with Sprout and hasn't left me hanging in any major ways. I recommend it to all of the social media managers I know.

**What do you dislike about Sked Social?**

I'd love to see insights for more platforms (currently they are available for Meta platforms and LinkedIn). I'd also like to see Total Reach for Meta platforms as the reports currently show daily reach which doesn't give the whole picture, so I have to hop into Business Manager for that.

One feature I miss from another tool I used is a post link click report for the link in bio. I'm confident with UTMs and use them as Sked recommends so I can see the data in GA4. But this is quite a learning curve for some users and it helps to have a visual representation of which posts are getting the most clicks. One of my clients particularly misses this feature.

**What problems is Sked Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sked saves me time by auto-publishing more media types and on more platforms than other tools. (Who wants to stop what they're doing to post a story? I don't!) The analytics reports save me a ton of time every month. The AI caption inspiration feature cuts my content creation time as well.

Sked's approvals flow has been a game-changer. Paired with the fact that you can have unlimited users, I can collaborate with my clients and their teams and share the content calendar with anyone who wants to see it.

**What do you like best about Sked Social?**

I have been with Sked Social for about 3 years now and use it to run my clients' accounts everyday. 

I do not have to pay to have more members on my team. The price depends more on the number of accounts I have. Despite this, they're very generous with the number of accounts you can post on with even the most limited features. I enjoy the fact that I can set everything to auto-post and has a lot of nifty features like client link reviews that make my social media management process easier.  Their analytics section is super in-depth as well.

They are constantly improving based on their customer feedback which I really appreciate. They've reached out to me several times during my early days with them and have implemented some of the suggestions I've mentioned.

**What do you dislike about Sked Social?**

In the beginning, there were a lot of issues with account connectivity but I've been seeing that happen less more recently. Because they're always trying to add better features, I understand that this can cause some inconvenience to a lot of social media managers. It's great to know that if you reach out to customer support, they're very responsive and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I wish there were more analytics outside of Facebook and Instagram so I don't have to leave the site to do my reports but it's not too big of an issue since most of my client base deals with Meta.

**What do you like best about Sked Social?**

The best part of Sked social is the attentiveness of the customer support. I have used the chat to receive help, add accounts, and more and have gotten my problems solved in minutes. If I've ever needed a solution they couldn't offer, they've called me and collaborated to create them. I also like how they are constantly improving and adding new features. Beyond a scheduling tool, it's an approval tool, a internal team communication tool, a community management tool, and an analytics tool. My team and clients have adopted it quickly.

**What do you dislike about Sked Social?**

I'd argue that for my team there are no major downsides to Sked. However I would like it if it integrated better with other apps, such as our project managment software, Wrike, or our copy calender in Notion.

**What problems is Sked Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sked allows me to post on multiple social platforms for my 40+ clients at a price rate that is affordable for my small to medium sized marketing agency. It saves my team time from having to schedule natively in each individual client's account center on Meta. It gives me greater control of who has access to what page and to make sure nothing unapproved by a client gets posted.

**What do you like best about Sked Social?**

Sked is the first scheduling tool I've used that has a well thought out process for client approvals, simplified with the use of a link you are able to send to clients for smooth sign off. Sked is very simple to use and I love the format of the calendar and planner views, it's a pleasant way to plan content, I also love the built in AI tool when I need some ideas for captions. The customer support is great with a handy chat box in the platform itself and emails are always responded to asap, we also have regular updated on new features or changes.

**What do you dislike about Sked Social?**

There are the occational glitches where posts aren't published and alt tags aren't always included in Instagram posts.

**What problems is Sked Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The smoothness of the client approval process is something we were looking for for a while, as well as stories and reels autopublishing and alt tags and location tags. It's suprising how many tools don't offer these things when they're so important in social media management.

I like how it's always evolving to keep up with each platform. Reporting and analytics is solid and generates reports I send directly to my clients. I also love how helpful the team is when it comes to personalized support. Approvals process is also a godsend!

Working as a SMM for multiple organisations has never been so easy with the teams & approvals add-on that Sked offers. Forget cumbersome spreadsheets and shared drives, Sked has not only been a time-saver but is also an exceptional way to streamline the social media scheduling process. I love how user friendly it is and their support staff are great also. I frequently use Sked to schedule post across multiple companies and platforms.

As a sole trader, the only thing I dislike about Sked is the price.

Approvals and scheduling. While there are other scheduling apps, I haven't found one with an approvals process as easy as Sked which makes it a breeze to get approval from companies who outsource their social media management.

Sked has been fantastic for our company in managing our SM and Google presence. It has also reduced our time spent with manual processes, allowing us to serve our clients better and giving them more value so we can keep our fees conservative and put our focus on high-value business development opportunities.

I’ve been using Sked for managing multiple accounts, and I’m particularly impressed with the reporting feature. The ability to download reports with just one click is incredibly convenient and helps me stay on track with account performance effortlessly. It's a huge time-saver and makes managing various accounts much more efficient.

Sked social only allows for one single product tag, even if there are multiple images on a post in a carousel.

Sked is an incredible tool that is definitely has the social media managet is mind. What is the one thing that a SMM needs? MORE TIME. And that is exactly what Sked does. As a team we use Sked daily and love the external client review feature for content approvals, inbox management with multiple platforms, bulk uploading, and beautifully designed analytics. Last but not least the customer service is unparalled, always asking what they can do better while constantly listening to their client-base on suggesstions and improvements.

Sked can definitely get pricy depending on the amount of accounts you are looking to add. We manage A LOT of social media accounts which can cause Sked to ocassioanly load somewhat slowly, but this never deters us from using the plaform.

It has an incredibly user-friendly interface. The creation process is easy and quick, and once the content is created, I can easily reuse it for a different platform or adapt it slightly when needed. Integrating it with different platforms also can be done in a couple of clicks. And when something goes wrong, the team will help you in no time.

Once in a while, a channel gets disconnected. I'm not really good at checking my email daily, so sometimes I discover it too late, and content is not posted because of this.

I've used multiple scheduling systems out there and have continually came back to Sked as I've switched companies because of the abundance of features that are actually useful. It's easy to use, the customer support is easy to reach and are helpful to ensure you can find the proper solution.

The only thing would be that there isn't a analytics dashboard for LinkedIn account metrics. However, thats an accessibility issue from LinkedIn, not something they can currently fix.

•	Sked posts have been up to one hour late since we started using the platform nearly 1 year ago – other platforms post right on the minute.
•	We use the automatic posting feature already and looks like this has improved however Plann is more customisable between posts.
•	Other platforms have the ability to have covers on reels Sked does not
- Sked took our money for the entire year and their Terms & Conditions state that  “If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms, you must not use the Service. If you have made any payment for the Service and you decide that you do not agree to be bound by the Terms before you use the Service, then, if requested, Sked Social will refund your payment.”

Yet their service team will not refund us for the time that we have not used yet. We're not asking for compensation, just a pro-rata refund.

10 out of 10 reccomend! Very easy setup and amazing on-boarding support, including live webinar and 1:1 follow-up call to support our specific needs. Love the grid preview, and now let's talk about the comments and approvals: essential for a marketing agency! The approval process makes it easy to get the final sign off from clients or the internal team, and comments feature makes inputting quick changes a breeze. Sked allows us to streamline our social process in ways that save our team hours of work. Unlimited user seats are also a huge benefit, helping us meet the internal needs of our dynamic team. Sked is the perfect fit for our agency!

There is no way to schedule collaborator posts on IG. Currently, there is no simultaneous product tagging and profile tagging on IG.

Sked is an easy scheduler for all major social platforms. We primarily use it for Instagram but started using it recently for Pinterest too. I love that you can tag products to make the posts shoppable from the app. You can also post stories. I believe they have actual people posting it in real time for you - so they are able to get all the tags, products, swipe ups in. It also has great analytics, a queue, and a shoppable URL.

I wish we could post reels but I'm sure that feature is on its way. I similarly wish it could post collections to Pinterest.

Sked is very easy to understand for someone with no experience with the platform. It makes planning social media content (specifically for Instagram) extremely easy, and I love the calender and feed view so I can get an idea of what our feed will look like. I also love the ability to save drafts to post later on!

I'm pretty sure the main reason most people use a software like this is to schedule social media posts. Sked fails a lot at this. They work with real smartphones which login to your account and post for you. For this reason, there is always a queue for any post you schedule and your post will never be posted at the time you chose. So many times I've scheduled posts for, say, 17:45 and they don't get posted until 18:10. Or later. It's so anxiety-inducing. 
Also, they have plenty of bugs. One of the worst is that the software crops your files if you schedule 4x5 images in carousels. You also cant pick a thumbnail for the videos you schedule.

There are much much better solutions out there.

Just the analytics. They work well. Though it'd be nice to get an estimate of the best times to post based on previous post engagement rather than when your followers are online.

i love the ability to schedule stories and carousel posts to instagram, while also tracking better and more analytics than it's competitors. I love thee LinkinBio feature and think it brings a better look overall to that part of our feed. We've loved seeing the ease of scheduling and being more organized, while also saving time with templates, bulk creating posts, and the like.

When their free trial ended and we purchased the subscirption, I didn't realize that only 3 social accounts were allowed or we'd have to pay more for more social platforms. That was a little discouraging, as other platforms we've used allow 4-5 (which is all we need)

They really have a good all-in-one solution. with all the platforms having their own restrictions, Sked makes it easier to post to multiple social platforms and tailor the media and copy for each accordingly. The visual planner is a great tool for strategy and overall look/feel. Clients love the visual insight reports and you'll get the hang of things very quickly.  Their help and support is very responsive and can get you answers you need in a timely matter.

I wish they offered more platforms to engage. Pinterest, Snapchat, and Tiktok are next in line and would like to see these offered at some point in the future. REPOST, could be a bit smoother with automating UGC (user-generated-content) into my workflow.

The various formats and post-types, i.e. - post, story, reel, fleet. can still be managed from a single click. copy/caption restrictions with hashtags and characters are easily solved with their intuitive post editor. Hashtag performance and suggestions are provided on the fly with visual relevance. Timely client reports can be quickly automated and explained for weekly and monthly reviews.

I love that Sked Social does it all for you. You schedule our your posts or load them up in your queue with selected days and times and it pulls from your saved posts. I’ve used another scheduling app for Instagram and it would prompt you or alert you when your post was set to go out but you still had to go into Instagram and push it through. This way I don’t have to be glued to my phone all the time.

I do wish that there was a way to categorize posts into separate folders so that you could be specific in selecting the type of post you’d like to go out when. It would also be great to house content in Sked Social to pull from and cycle through.

The tools on this platform are good. Works well with IG (stories, feed etc). Also has Twitter connectivity.

Even though it has IG story options, it doesn't have all the options to add the links of polls. which we all know are very powerful. Also, the customer support isn't the greatest, I was a loyal customer on an 'old' plan paying £32/month where on their website it's advertised from £19. I had to email them to update my pricing from the 'old' plan which they did only after I emailed. I had been paying more for the last few months and they didn't have the decency to tell an existing customer the prices dropped. What's worse is I only found this out because I was copying their prices page for a friend I was recommending them to. also the tool claims it works with Facebook, but there is no add facebook account option.

This allows for work to get done ahead of time, not at the least minute. It is great for scheduling out for the week, an allow us to be far more active on Instagram. Very easy to manage our Instagram account and we can post directly from the platform and schedule the content as well. Now our publications on Instagram are more effective, and it reaches more to our CTown Supermarkets clients.

**What do you like best about Sked Social?**

Schedugram is everything that you want in an Instagram schedular is very organized, affordable and meet your needs to be more active in Instagram. No need to log via mobile and they stay within Instagram's API rules. Allows you to save drafts for letter. And also the software is very user-friendly and the design is very beautiful and eye-catching. You learn how to use it very fast. 

**What do you dislike about Sked Social?**

The only problem that I have with Schedugram is that I would like for the story-posting tools to be more advanced.

**What problems is Sked Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Schedugram is a very intuitive software, which knows exactly how to handle post on instagram. Working as a Marketing Coordinator of a supermarket I am in charge of managing everything that has to do with social media, I have to manage the reputation of Publix through social networks, because this is my job I always look for softwares that helps to make it more easier. When I found Schedugram it was a great relief for me, now it is easier for me to plan, publish and evaluate the posts we publish. Now I plan more efficiently the posts of the weeks just in time without any loss of time. Now we are more active in Instagram, and we stay more communicated with our clients through this medium, which guarantees us more fidelity on their part and they are more attracted towards Publix. 

In a few words, the program has helped us to get more followers and keep us more communicated with our customers by offering an interactive medium where we can attend and keep them informed without any inconvenience.
