Their support is top notch, especially if you are considered a larger client. I used Kenshoo in their very early days for about 4 years while at Ticketmaster. Sometimes their systems can make things more difficult than they need to be... Some of their interfaces and tools are clearly over-engineered and would benefit from simplifying. If you are on managed service at first, it's likely you will not learn much about the actual site itself so it can be hard to acclimate.
