The platform allows us to be hands-on if we would like to be, making edits and adding content on our own. At the same time, if we are pressed for time, or unsure of how to get things uploaded, we can send our changes to the team there and they can get it up pretty fast. Webit it has been a partner in our web design and management for several years without issue. They send us periodic emails to remind us they are there and ready to help with anything we want done on the site. **What do you dislike about SiteFLEX?** Honestly, I don't have many negatives. I suppose they could give us some more insight into how customers are using our page, ways we could enhance it, and make it a better tool for our business, but they do a pretty solid job. **What problems is SiteFLEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Webit has allowed us to have a usable and manageable website and give us a great presence in front of our customers and prospective customers online. They have helped us create a face for our business that is crucial in the market today, and especially important during the pandemic as more and more of our business moves to take-out and delivery. Its probably been the best way for us to get our brand and products and content out to customers and potential customers without zeroing on a single platform like Facebook, Twitter etc. They also helped us build in online ordering and reservations making the site and even stronger tool for sales and enhancing guest experience. ### 2.
