What do you like best about simpleERB?

Simple interface, relatively intuitive to use. They seem to have thought through most of the requirements of a booking system and integration with websites. I have been live on this a few weeks now and all the bookings have come through seemlessly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about simpleERB?

The interface is a little old fashioned and clunky. Some of the forms (like setting up tables) require you to go in and out to access each table property but overall the downsides are limited for what is a very good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about simpleERB?

I’ve been using simpleERB for several years now. I can’t say enough good things about this company:

-- keep up with latest technology / trends

-- speedy, hands-on customer service, response time

-- valuable insights / tips / suggestions are can be gleamed from blogs, emails & site

-- constantly strive to improve their site based on their client’s needs & suggestions

SimpleERB has consistently shown results superior to those achieved with other reservation systems (I would know as I have used many of them). In a world where few bother to pay attention to the individual business anymore (only bottom line data), simpleERB consistently delivers top-quality business practices & innovative ways to do business. It would behoove competitors of simpleERB to use them as a benchmark in how to treat customers & grow a business the right way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about simpleERB?

As of yet, I have only found things I would like to tweak (column names I would like to be able to change ... I would like to be able to tweak the "notes" section listed under the guests names), and the company has very responsive thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
