Having prepoulated fields help with easy automation, easy tracking, and easy reporting. If there's something you want to the system to do, it more than likely can. And if you're not able to figure it out on your own, the CERDAAC team has been super helpful in creating the right reports or functions. **What do you dislike about CERDAAC?** There are very many reports that the database offers, however, it can be difficult, or cumbersome, to customize them to create the exact report you're looking for. However, with a little bit of time or assistance from the CERDAAC team, that problem can be sovled. **What problems is CERDAAC solving and how is that benefiting you?** CERDDAC provides the all inclusive database for calibration asset tracking, calibration service scheduling, metric reporting and certificate storage. Since SIMCO is also a calibration lab, tracking services, certificates, and assets is a lot more efficient than if the database was seperate from the service. Additionally, all the prepoulated reports helps maintain a robust database with accurate calibrate servicing and asset tracking. ### 2. The Informaiotn layout when results are returnedis very easy to mavigate. **What do you dislike about CERDAAC?** I have not really had many downsides. Once we receive training and a better understanding of how SIMCO used the tool it made it pretty easy for me to use. Just making sure I select the corret view to receive the expected results for my serach is the toughest thing to remember. **What problems is CERDAAC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Traceaility for tools, who has what tool, when did they ship it and when is it due for calibration. Accurate information is esstial to maintain the highest industry quallity standrds. Calibration management and the tool is excellent for record retention especially for any out of tolerence condition. The system has been enhance to allow my company a repository for Out of tolerance docuemntation retention. CMMS I am thinking this is the behind the scene brain for all the EDI between our company. If this is the case it is wonderful as it reduces many hours of manual intervention that would be required by both companies to mainatint the data accruacy we have. hunders of recors a day are being updated with little to know human intervention. ### 3. Pre-populated fields make automation, tracking, and reporting simpler. The likelihood is high that the system can perform whatever task you ask it to. Additionally, the CERDAAC team has been very helpful in developing the appropriate reports or functions if you are unable to figure it out on your own. **What do you dislike about CERDAAC?** I haven't actually experienced many drawbacks. It became quite simple for me to use when we had training and a greater grasp of how SIMCO used the application. The hardest thing to remember is to make sure I choose the correct view so that my search will provide the results I expect. **What problems is CERDAAC solving and how is that benefiting you?** It prevents us from failing to do regular preventative maintenance and provides a convenient approach to locating assets. ### 4. Wish it were a bit smarter, but this is a minor drawback. It's not easy to use. Nothing about it is easy to figure out or navigate. Even after being taught it's confusing. The tabs and icons are confusing. The case management module is very helpful but falls short when working on approvals to close a case.
