The employees at Silktide and FANTASTIC! Specifically I have to mention Susan Torres, our Customer Success Manager, and Ben Chamness, our Silktide "Tech Guru" for their fantastic support in our accessibility journey. They have been the BEST of both worlds, in supporting us at SBU. **What do you dislike about Silktide?** Sometimes, refreshing of edited pages via a new scan take a little too long. Sometimes the changes in pages aren't reflected in re-scoring when looking at the page and the code behind that Silktide has captured. It was quick and easy to set up and ready to use instantly. The user interface is clean, friendly and un-cluttered making it really easy to work with. Also like the scoring system - this will encourage us to work on the areas that most need attention. The website integration works perfectly so it is easy to make corrections and re-test. The “Unviewed pages” is really useful for us as they are potentially the pages that have broken links or out-of-date content so a quick way to improve overall quality of content on the website. My colleague loves the realtime analytics, particularly if we have just launched an appeal or published a new post. It also helps us understand whether campaigns on other digital channels such as facebook are generating traffic. The Accessibilty section will be a really important one to work on - and essential for anyone who will need to be WCAG compliant. We do have a lot of work to do to improve our SEO and accessibility but the Silktide platform will hopefully make it a more enjoyable experience. At the end of the day we are a charity so a better website should lead to more visitors, better engagement and of course more donations. It’s a very exciting project to start on, and having the platform there in front of me all the time is an encouragement to get the work done. Great customer support so far too. Highly recommend it and can’t wait to watch those scores go up! **What do you dislike about Silktide?** Nothing negative! It took a little while to get the analytics working but did it with the help of our web developer. It may even do more than we need but look forward to learning more. Ideally we would use it a lot more frequently - if we had more resources! **What problems is Silktide solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to see what needs fixing on the website - so we can plan a lot of 'housekeeping' sessions Quick wins when the scores go up! It is easy to set up and schedule, the UI is clear, and it is easy to assign tasks to different team members. The Academy is particularly good, allowing you to assign training to team members and see their progress. The test results are thorough and for the most part easy to action, it also allows me to provide more technical information to my platform developer. The AI assistant is a brilliant addition and gives a holistic overview of your content that complements the raw data from the results pages very effectively. The customer support team are very responsive and helpful too. **What do you dislike about Silktide?** Not really a downside, but I think I would use the dashboards more if I could customise the widgets like you can on Looker Studio. **What problems is Silktide solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us, its proving to be really helpful with our Accessibility improvements.
