I love how incredibly easy Silent Auction Pro was to use for our fundraiser, even though I had never used it before. We were able to raise $250,000, which was fantastic. The silent auction part is really user-friendly, eliminating the need for paper sheets and making transactions seamless by charging cards automatically after the auction closes. I didn't understand how to enter my event tickets the first time around, but after a little playing around, I figured it out. There was also a user error on my part when entering some information post-event for some of the drink tickets, but I realized how to rerun things to fix it without much trouble.
