## About SignalZen
SignalZen is a live chat solution for your website which enables you to talk to your website visitors directly from Slack. By setting up an account at SignalZen and inserting a small piece of HTML code into your website's code, you will start receiving chat sessions from your customers online on Slack. This Slack App enables you to talk to your website's visitors in real-time and in 2 integration ways - by dedicated chat channels or threads in a single channel.

**What do you like best about SignalZen?**

SignalZen allows me to be there for my customers when they need me. It is very easy to install and configure. It is the same or better than other more expensive solutions I shopped for. I love how responsive their support is. Especially for a newbie like me. Thanks, SignalZen!

**What do you dislike about SignalZen?**

One of the downsides was that I had trouble with my auto invitations. The best part about that was that within minutes of asking for support I received a response and my issue was immediately addressed. It turns out that it was a minor bug that I discovered with all the crazy configurations I was attempting. The SignalZen support team quickly fixed the bug, thanked me for finding it, and explained to me why it happened. I love that!

**What problems is SignalZen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem I had was the auto invitation and it got resolved FAST! That meant that I did not waste any time.

  ### 2. Great for companies that need to converse with customers. Without bloat steps or bots.

Exemplar support. Powerful integrations. No bloat features to overpay.

**What do you dislike about SignalZen?**

It's not really a dislike, but I can't wait for the release of snippets/custom fields for saved replies and auto-invitations.

**What problems is SignalZen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been looking for a chat not focused on bots but on customers. We got a whole suite integrated with internal communication and email.
