What I like most about this product is its user interface. It's really intuitive, and the features are super handy. The popup feature is especially impressive. What I don’t like about this product is the accuracy of the contacts and leads it provides. Sometimes, outdated contacts pop up, and you’ll even get emails that aren’t in use anymore, which can be really frustrating. I think they definitely need to improve in this area. Also, the trial only gives you 10 credits, and once those run out, you have to buy more. I get that every tool has its own policy, but I feel like giving at least 50 credits to trial users would be a better way to help them get a feel for the product, like other products do.
