What I don’t like about this product is the accuracy of the contacts and leads it provides. Sometimes, outdated contacts pop up, and you’ll even get emails that aren’t in use anymore, which can be really frustrating. I think they definitely need to improve in this area. Also, the trial only gives you 10 credits, and once those run out, you have to buy more. I get that every tool has its own policy, but I feel like giving at least 50 credits to trial users would be a better way to help them get a feel for the product, like other products do. The accuracy is so low it's unbelievable. Most of the time you get dead/fake or guessed emails. It's a huge waste of time while you are paying 49$ for it. I got charged two times because I forgot to deactivate my subscription after using it for 15 days because I couldn't just spend hours getting emails which would bounce back.
