"Cost-Effective Contact Enrichment with Reliable Data"
What do you like best about SignalHire?

I like that SignalHire is cost-effective compared to other players in the market and mostly provides reliable data. I find their Chrome extension very useful because it allows me to get contact details quickly. The easy discoverability feature, where I can just go on any LinkedIn profile and the extension gives me the data easily, is really convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignalHire?

During our implementation, SignalHire just has a webhook, but we want a preview API-based enrichment that first gives us an indicative idea of which details are available before enrichment. Also, the webhook usually takes 7-10 seconds to give back the information, which is a trade-off. The initial setup was a bit hard, especially since they don't have the preview API and API-based enrichment, and the webhook is difficult to accommodate for us. "Effortless Lead Generation with Accurate Contacts and Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about SignalHire?

What I appreciate most about SignalHire is the simplicity with which I can locate accurate and verified contact details for professionals. The platform streamlines my workflow by gathering information from various sources and offering direct integration with LinkedIn and other websites. Additionally, I find the browser extension particularly helpful, as it significantly improves the efficiency of my lead generation and outreach efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignalHire?

While SignalHire is a useful tool, I have observed that some of the contact information it provides can sometimes be outdated or not entirely accurate. Additionally, I think it would be beneficial if there were more free search credits or trial options available, allowing users to better explore all of its features before deciding to purchase a paid plan. "95%+ Accuracy for Seamless Prospecting"
What do you like best about SignalHire?

This tool fits naturally into my daily prospecting workflow, especially on LinkedIn. It consistently delivers 95–97% verified email accuracy and provides direct mobile numbers for roughly 70% of contacts. It has reduced my manual research time by nearly 50% while keeping unusable data below 3%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignalHire?

Mobile number coverage for smaller, localized firms is sometimes lower than for major corporations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reports and Reveal Contacts Are Incredibly Useful"
What do you like best about SignalHire?

Reports (statistics) and Reveal contacts features are very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignalHire?

I would say that its still a bit hard to get used to the new design. For example I can't find the option to manually add a new candidate in the new design. I have to turn back to the old one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The cost per user is on the higher end but economical if users are in large number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Email Solution with Exceptional Support"
What do you like best about SignalHire?

10/10 product - I've tested LITERALLY 10+ email providers, the biggest names you know and signalhire is what we use out of all of them.

Team's responsive, product works great, and the CEO clearly cares about customers.

Would highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An average experience with the LinkedIn search extension."
What do you like best about SignalHire?

What I like most about this product is its user interface. It's really intuitive, and the features are super handy. The popup feature is especially impressive. It appears smoothly and quickly shows the details you need. So yeah, overall, the interface stands out the most for me. I must say, I really liked it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignalHire?

What I don’t like about this product is the accuracy of the contacts and leads it provides. Sometimes, outdated contacts pop up, and you’ll even get emails that aren’t in use anymore, which can be really frustrating. I think they definitely need to improve in this area. Also, the trial only gives you 10 credits, and once those run out, you have to buy more. I get that every tool has its own policy, but I feel like giving at least 50 credits to trial users would be a better way to help them get a feel for the product, like other products do. "Convenient contact finding tool"
What do you like best about SignalHire?

SignalHire makes it easier for me to find personal emails of professionals, which is great for reaching out to those not actively looking for a job. They have advanced search filters with a box labeled "Open to work," which has made my talent sourcing process less time-consuming. Also, their customer support team helped us integrate the revealed list of contacts with our ATS, which I personally find very convenient because I don't have to input info about every candidate manually. I also use their Chrome extension on LinkedIn, which allows me to quickly extract contact information directly from profiles. This feature saves a lot of time and makes the entire process more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignalHire?

The main downside is that some contacts are outdated. Also, sometimes we get multiple contacts for the same person without knowing which one is currently active. This adds extra steps to verify the right contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
