The webinar was fantastic and made me feel confident about using the platform. I also like the resources available on Signal AI Academy - I find them very informative and helpful. Having used so many keyword-based solutions over the years, it's great to finally have a tool that just gets better and better the more you use it. Some things are a little bit more manual than expected (eg. inputting our full EMEA media list into a bespoke reading list and there are limitations on the titles that can be accessed), but these are minimal and far outweighed by the value we get in return Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We have a very complicated structure and different requirements per area of the business, per market, so we'd mostly given up on being able to find a tool that could even begin to cater to our needs. The sheer flexibility and cost effectiveness of the Signal tool is enabling us to have multiple complex streams of monitoring happening simultaneously and with the AI being trained the entire time, the data we get out of it only gets stronger the more we use it.
