There's a huge range of things you can do on Signal, and a lot of it is very quick to understand and implement. Our clinet rep Melanie is brilliant and incredibl attentive, and knows the platform inside out so is always on hand to help us with anything we don't understand. Whilst it is great that it picks up so much coverage, some coverage is missed due to permissions (and you are not alerted at all so you don't know what you've missed) and some untrustworhy news outlets slip through the cracks (such as ones that are purely AI based and regurgitate existing news from other sites).
