I use the Signal AI web app everyday for my job gathering insights. I can easily get my searches based on what I want to know about, based on my report requests, either by typing in keywords or making use of the trained entities, which will capture even more streamlined content. The latest updates make it even better and ease my job — the new AskAIQ feature complements the web app, where you gather relevant news and insights effortless just by asking questions to the chatbot, saving you time while keeping you informed, since it directly tells what you need to know. Plus, the theme landscape tool helps make sense of large media sets, giving a clear overview of trends, which for me is particularly useful since I have reports that go up to one year timefram. It was very easy to learn and easy to implement methodologies using the platform, and integrate in your team. As in all applications existing, there are still ongoing improvements and developments in need, like the integration of social media for example. What problems is Signal AI solving and how is that benefiting you? As an insights analyst, I can quickly find exactly what I need to know to help my clients understand how are they perceived in the ever-changing media environment compared to peers. A common question is how a company and its competitors position themselves in the media, as well as the key themes, white spaces, and risks in the conversation. I can answer all these answers using the web app, either by analysing not only volume trends in conversations, but also sentiment, salience and even tiered media lists to get a complete picture of the landscape. Signal AI doest just tell me where my organisation is but it also tells me what people are thinking about it and whether these conversations and mentions are trending in the right direction. It provides the perfect intelligence tool for me to anticipate the curve on the ball and provide the messages and strategieds up stream of the impacts in order to get a head of them. It's very fast and user-friendly. It loads different articles immediately. When set, the date range stays when you switch between search folders. It has multiple options for exporting content. One downside for me is that when I set a date range in one workspace, it stays the same when I log into another. It makes it easy to overlook when switching between workspaces. I would prefer if I can set different date ranges in each workspace. Another downside is that I cannot use the filters as exclusions - for example, I can filter by a source, but I cannot filter a source out. It would be great if when I click on the source, it would filter by it, and if I click again - it would remove the source from the search list. That would be very useful in some cases.
