**What do you like best about Showpad?**

The backend administration of ShowPad is super easy to use and provides easy to digest analytics so I know what resources are being used. Anytime I've had questions about asset management strategy, the ShowPad team has provided quick and comprehensive support. We've been able to integrate ShowPad into our corporate SSO and sharepoint sites.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

My sales team really appreciates ShowPads easy search and collection options. They regularly complain that our internal sites do not have these features.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ShowPad allows our sales team to access and send product resources while on-the-go. They use the tool to track how the customer has interacted with those resources.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

Their promises at the time of signing the contract, which they later do not fulfill.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

When they wanted to sell us Showpad, they assured us that they would work on the integrations with Salesforce, which were fundamental for us. After two years without any progress, we are forced to use another solution. Despite not fulfilling their promises and informing them that we will no longer use it, they are forcing us to pay for another year due to the terms of their contract.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing because it's not integrated with salesforce

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

I love that we were able to have SharePoint as a bridge for our content. Makes it much easier to have specific tags (which makes searching easier). The folder structure is my favorite to lay out our products & solutions to match my companies website.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

In shared spaces having a chat feature (different than the next steps) it can keep a lot of the communication in one place. Not being able to send announcements to specific names, only groups. To be made more tradeshow friendly, it would be nice to have something to collect leads.

Helping us communicate with sales reps easier!

An easy to use platform, straightforward in design. Nice features to track the opening of sent collateral. Flexible in its accessibility - desktop, ipad, mobile - any device with a browser. Integrates with Microsoft Outlook.

Wish their was greater flexibility in designing the 'front' end user interface to streamline organizing large content libraries.

Manging collateral that is updated frequently in one central repository. Reducing printing of collateral by making digital assets always avaible to the sales team.

One of the easiest systems to keep your salesstaf updated with new information. It's a very user-friendly interface and allows you to have a great content management. And If you encounter a problem, good for you to know their helpdesk is just a few clicks away. For us it's a tool for everyday and with the integrated analytics easy to follow which documents needs to be removed.

At the moment (after 5 years use no dislikes)

The most helpful feature is it keep all the content folder wise well organised and easy to navigate. Sharing and tracking the views also makes it more impactful for my nature of job.Its very easy to implement the solution team wide.

They have very frequent technical glitches with regards to login , SSO login etc.

Showpad helps us in getting rid of teh oldschool complicated sharepoint and one drive . At showpad all the content is organised better and easy to navigate . SHaring with a prospect with MS Outlook integrationa nd plugin helps the sales reps have a seamless sharing experience and tracking of views.

Most helpful is the ability to update files and manage tags to display content dynamically.
Upsides are the browser based admin panel and ease of use. 
Ongoing support and updates are a stand out benefit.

Constant development of AI tools is great but needs to be available in multiple languages.
Working with multiple languages still requires multiplication of work i.e. pages and experiences

Showpad content allows us to engage with our clients and send them the latest innovations, increasing awareness about our company.

Haven't had anything I dislike so far. It has been a great tool for our company.

We are able to track who opens that content, how long they have viewed it for when sending out links via Showpad or emails. Allows us to tailor our next content based on their open rate.

Showpad is really easy to use for our sales people. They always have the updated version of our marketing material and they can share it in a professional way.

I would prefer to have same features on the app as the web version (layout like search - Shared spaces)

Before: issue to share with all team members the new assets. Now: easy - everything at the same place and always updated. 
Before: share with customer attachment by email. Now: more professional and tracking about it

We are able to update and manage content quickly with one upload. No more updating multiple folders or searching for where items are stored. We love the reporting capabilities to see what is the most viewed and effective tools utilized.

Easy access to the information I need and knowing the customer has received it. Makes a nice presentation to the customer. I like how easy it is to get the data from MS SharePoint to ShowPad.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Overall nothing worth noting. There will always be little bugs here and there in any software.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showpad seems eager to list to the users and make changes as needed. Sharing atoms has been mentioned? I think I wouold like to be able to have seperate atom experences for some of my customers to navigate on there own.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

Coming from a sales and marketing background, I hold Showpad Content in high regard, and believe that it can be of great use for arranging product-related materials. This ability to insert videos, books, and Word documents into customized folders is also very convenient. It's a lot simpler to communicate with customers if you hyperlink these resources directly to the customers 'emails.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

But there are two disadvantages. The photo management can not always be so intuitive, and usually you have to go through a bit of hoop jumping just to make them fit in the template. In addition, sometimes when working with e-mail, the lack of a more advanced mail merge function (such as that provided by Mail Chimp or Constant Contact) can be somewhat annoying.

But Showpad Content has helped solve some of these problems. Mainly, it makes product information more accessible and easier to organize for presentations that are adapted to the individual customer.

As a Devops cloud, I have by now had my hands on Showpad Content. It has really impacted our organization's sales and business development strategies. It's also a great tool for consultants like myself, making it simple to find or disseminate several training materials including videos and documents. One of the things that makes it stand out is its video-oriented way of highlighting product features and roadmaps.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

But there are also areas where Showpad Content could do with some improvement. Sometimes it is hard to find precise courses, and homepage organization isn't always clear. Clearer due dates and a more centralized system would all benefit user experience.

The main challenges in our workflow have already been resolved with the help of Showpad Content. It also simplifies the distribution and access to key sales and technical information so that everyone is singing from the same song sheet.

Showpad content is valuable in a sense that it delivers sales enablement in a visually appealing way to guide sales conversations

I wish that there was more ease of use on the administrative side. Some tasks take hours when it could be solved in a matter of minutes with the correct button.

Showpad enables our salespeople to track the data associated with content sent to our customers. Previously, we were blind to those statistics. Now we can reach out to those who are interested and softly nudge those who haven't viewed any content.

I love that I can get the engagement metrics on the shared URLs so easly. Also, it is great to be able to create collections with the most relevant content and get to share them!

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Difficult to say but, maybe there is something: I'd like to open different windows (see different folders) at the same time.

Is helps me to share compliant customer-facing content with Sales Team, in order to guarantee that they will not need to ask to others about the content and also to avoid that they share not approved documents with the customer.

**What do you like best about Showpad?**

I’ve been working with Showpad for some time and I can’t help but be impressed by how simple it is. With the automation features such as managing numerous pages and events, I have an easy time when it comes to my work. The collaboration is awesome and very user friendly for both users and admins. The best for me is the organisation of content – everything is placed whereby it can be found conveniently and be used. I appreciate the simplicity of how Showpad takes on the complicated job.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Nevertheless, there are few issues which need amending. Its version controlling system is slightly rigid and at times, it does not give room to changing or replacing assets quickly.

Content showpad has become a revolution for content management and distribution problem. It has assisted me to organize an extensive amount of financial reports and presentations that can be accessed by my colleagues.

The asset library was a very strong feature In Showpad Content, reviewed from my end as someone who handles project coordination side of things. Through its effective tags and language support it makes digital asset location easier, a sigh of relief during busy spells. Specifically, the ability to generate an expiration date on content provides that element of currency and timeliness within our materials.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Nonetheless, there are areas of weakness. Some of the functions in file creation can at times be affecting to keep a follow on, not to mention the drop and drag aspect that does not work quite well when I have it.

The issues related to proper and easy management of project-related materials have been solved primarily by Showpad Content.

I like the spotless interface and the user experience of Showpad. That is why I chose this software from the start, there is no other user-friendly solution on the market in my experience.

Also the system had high adoption within our organazation due to ease of use.

Nothing really.  There are some features that could be added to Shared Spaces and I know the team is looking into them.

Makes it easier for our sales team to find, share, present content and engage with customer.  It is now our central hub for content.  Prior to Showpad content was scattered across many different systems leading to user frustration.

What I like best about Showpad Content is how it has completely innovated how we communicate and deliver updates to our internal organization. We were stuck in a vicious cycle of explaining to our sales team how to navigate our site/internal servers and it was slowing down our team's productivity. With the addition of Showpad Content, our sales team can now confidently, conveniently, and accurately access/send any Dialight content. Showpad continues to prove it is a staple in our sales enablement tool belt!

Showpad Content is very user friendly and reliable, so I do not have anything negative to provide.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The industries we serve are harsh and hazardous industrial applications. With the risks and standards these environments hold, any error/missed update to our technical documents or marketing collateral could be detrimental. Showpad Content has solved this stress by allowing us to have control over the content we put out. Having access to the most recent versions at the push of a button is a luxury we do not know how we had lived without it!

My sales and partnership teams can easily curate an on-brand and even co-branded 'Shared Space' with the most up-to-date and relevant collateral for their sales prospect.  We can limit downloads, and easily update and replace content. Better yet, we can see the high-level analytics on each piece of collateral, each user, etc. This helps our team understand what sales tools work the best, which in the end helps us better serve our current prospects, customers, and partners.

We've recently been testing out the Experience Builder - it's super user-intuitive and easy to update our materials here. I love the customizations that we can make to each space so that we can really drill down on specific content for each of our verticals we work with so our field teams are set up for success! I also am loving being a part of the new Showpad Community on Slack.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

Sometimes the search facet is a little wonky when trying to find specific content - but this all relies on the proper tagging in the back-end. When you have multiple users maybe not using the same vernacular, that's when you may run into this but it's not often at all.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a one-stop-shop for resources to fuel our sales teams with content for their customer conversations. We utilize a lot of Google formats like slides and excel spreadsheets, but also one-sheeters so being able to organize them all here is great.

ShowPad Coach works best for our Internal Use Case, new hire onboarding.  We love that you can edit an asset in ShowPad, and it will update in every course that asset lives. This is highly valuable to us since our team managing ShowPad is much smaller, and we can't spend a ton of time updating an asset individually in every course it lives.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

We originally purchased ShowPad Coach for both our internal and customer education uses and quickly found that the product did not meet the needs of our customer education program. We cannot fully white-label the Welcome emails sent to our customers once we invite them into ShowPad. As a result, most customers we've invited into our Learning Academy have not accepted their invite due to the domain it comes from. We'd also love it if ShowPad allowed us to update a Grader on a Pitch IQ or assessment instead of submitting a ticket to their Support team every time. Due to promotions at our company, there are multiple times when we need to update this.

ShowPad Coach allows us to conduct our onboarding + continued internal education in one centralized platform. It also allows us to track course completion and certification rates so managers can hold their reps accountable.

Showpad has been an excellent resource for our sales team while they are in the office or on the road with a customer. They can drill down, create custom customer presentations, and send them over after their meeting. Even better, our team can see when a presentation is viewed to know when to follow up.

We continue to work on getting our sales team to want to use the platform. Those that like it use it a lot. A handful are still working to adapt the software into their routine. I think the backend platform could use some updates, some areas as an admin are unclear or clunky.

That it lacks some integration into my other applications at my price level. I would like them to figure out the mac/apple email integrations as well, for example, I use a mac for work but also bought the Microsoft suite (outlook) - unfortunately, Showpad doesn't work on the mac platform, I have to use the online 365 interface which is horrible.

being able to be quick to get to the equipment I represent in a short time I have with a prospect in their lobby or their office, I also like the ability to keep all my assets in one online location that is easy to update, not to mention the stats it produces!!

Ease of use has to be my top choice. Every member of our sales team, regardless of technical skill, has quickly mastered the software and utilizes it on a daily basis. Additionally, revising existing content is a breeze.

Back in management can be somewhat of an initial challenge to learn; however, the system is more intuitive than other systems on the market. Building out a successful search engine and tying the results to files and folders can be a somewhat daunting task initially, but once your framework is established, updating and adding content is a breeze.

**What problems is Showpad solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a self-serving platform from which our sales team can generate their own presentations, marketing collateral, custom catalogs, etc. This reduces day-to-day workloads and allows our marketing teams time to focus on larger priority content. Showpad also allows for collaboration between our sales team members, including integration with other platforms such as Salesforce.

Aside from the fact that the platform covers 80% of our needs for sellers, I love interacting with the support team. They're exceptionally available and detail-oriented. I'm based in Montreal and I get responses to my questions from the US, France, Belgium, etc. So, there's always someone able to get back to me. Time zones do not exist it seems like. Additionally, we got lucky to have Christelle Marle as our customer success manager.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

We're hoping some features like shared spaces can be improved so sellers can use them as microsites form multiple prospects/clients (instead of 1-to-1), and have the ability to organize files better (instead of having to scroll through all docs).
Have a set of reports that help us sunset content. It's easy to add, but not so simple to determine what assets should be archived.

Make sure to have a clear content governance when implementing Showpad.

There are a number of ways to structure and categorize your content depending on the type of assets, your audience and/or the way your company intends to use the content. It's helpful to be able make content pages as elaborate or simple as you want.

**What do you dislike about Showpad?**

There are some areas as far as uploading and curating that I find to be a bit cumbersome/require many steps. This can be difficult to deal with when you're uploading numerous content pieces daily. There are also some gaps when it comes analytics but I know this is actively being improved. One other thing I've received a lot of feedback about from reps is restriction around version creation. Some other content management tools offer more flexibility to allow users to customize/tailor decks or create new versions as needed in a controlled way and Showpad does not offer that.

Allows us to centralize all different types of assets/collateral to socialize across the organization, support onboarding and internal education and equip sales reps to navigate conversations and presentations with prospects.

There are two things.  Showpad is very smart and has nice visuality. Our salespeople can get the portfolio materials engagingly and simply. We can track how our customers react to our materials. Also, I like the great searchability. Using tags is very convenient for searching and organizing materials

Analitics are fine. But how can I  see data not only about one group but from the intersection of several groups? Only people who are included in several specific groups  simultaneously. I won't be able to figure out this.

We can store all content in one place. We have had many sources for getting materials before. Materials were scattered within the company. Now we are able to convey the information about our service portfolio to every salesperson accurately and provide them the possibility to get the right content whenever they want. The CSM and support team are fantastic; they are always ready and willing to help us execute our vision and share best practices for form and function. Once in the tool and playing around with building content, experiences, learning paths, and courses, it is intuitive and easy to navigate.

In some areas, I wish the reports were a little more dynamic/colorful or visually told more of a story. Still, again working closely with the CSM and broader account team around strategy, they are helpful in providing ways to display the information we want our leaders and executives to see.

Previously, we didn't have a LMS system for onboarding and ongoing enablement needs and used sharepoint for document repository. The tool allows us to create training plans, learning experiences, and paths.

With centralized access to content, showpad makes it easy to find relevant content from across the organization. Shares and Shared spaces offer great opportunity to engage with clients and track their interactions with our content.

Usage on multiple windows/ devices parallelly is not being recorded efficiently. Reporting can be more insightful and offer more filters. More flexibility in designing the pages should be allowed - currently, there is a fixed number of items per line, predecided sizes etc., which are not customizable as per our requirement. The coaching modules record 'completed' upon opening the content, irrespective of the time spent on content. The page load times are irregular.
