What problems is shopVOX solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal communications has become much easier. Our sales team is able to accurately quote and price a project and list the specifications for our designers to lay out, proof directly to the client and then have it automatically sent to production. Our workflows have become so simplified, and if there is a new project of custom job, creating a new one is simple and easy. Productivity has definitely gone up with the job step tacking feature, and we are able to more accurately track the time our projects take in our production and fabrication facility, leading to better pricing and more profitability on jons.
