What I love the most is the fact that the team is always available to answer questions and teach me how to use the platform. As a new user I had to learn everything about how to build a website from scratch and I probably have been asking a lot of redundant questions. The team was always there to answer those and to guide me through step by step. I also really like the fact that they have build my website based on my preferences instead of me having to do it from a template or from scratch. I needed someone to come in and do this work for me otherwise I would have spent countless hours trying to do it myself.
Platform was easy to integrate with my domain and payment provider, although I did need help from the account manager on this as I had never done this before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the least so far, is that there are various ways to achieve the same thing and that confuses me! But please do not take this as a standard comment because I am sure more experienced users do really appreciate this aspect of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
