Shipsgo works with a credit system; one container tracking request consumes one credit. You can renew your credits as you consume them all.

ShipsGo uses a flexible pay-as-you-go pricing model with no mandatory monthly or annual subscription. A Free Trial includes 3 tracking credits, so you can experience ShipsGo before choosing a plan that fits your shipment volume.

Each new shipment requires 1 credit, while subsequent tracking queries for the same shipment do not consume additional credits. Each credit includes access to all tracking features and status notifications.

Choose the tracking volume that fits your business and scale as your shipment needs grow. ShipsGo also provides free API GET calls and webhooks for existing shipments.

"Initial Tracking Test by MBL via API"

What do you like best about ShipsGo?

In our initial test, we were able to query three shipments from different shipping companies via the API and view the data within our system. It is useful for us to track an MBL with multiple containers using a single credit, with subsequent queries included. We received information on routes, ships, transshipments, and planned and completed events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipsGo?

We are still evaluating the service. In the test, the uploads did not return all the data immediately, and we had to query again when they finished processing. We need to better verify the freshness of updates and the time accuracy of events before using them in automations. We also need to size the cost according to our actual MBL volume. What problems is ShipsGo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We aim to centralize maritime tracking by MBL within our system, without having to review each shipping company separately. The test allowed us to retrieve information from various shipping companies and query their events from a single interface. The goal is to use this data to anticipate arrivals, detect delays, and coordinate documentary and payment tasks; these automations are still pending full validation.
