Shipedge is an incredibly user-friendly platform. Navigation is intuitive and the prepopulated reporting library is extensive. The highest value benefit for me though, is the Shipedge support assets. The only slight downside to shipedge is that the platform is so extensive in its capabilities that full training prior to go live is nearly impossible.
