Shipedge is an incredibly user-friendly platform. Navigation is intuitive and the prepopulated reporting library is extensive. The highest value benefit for me though, is the Shipedge support assets. Shipedge support is responsive and collaborative, they have been a joy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only slight downside to shipedge is that the platform is so extensive in its capabilities that full training prior to go live is nearly impossible. Training and familiarization with the system will be an ongoing process out of necessity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
