Greenlight Reviews & Product Details

Greenlight lets IT teams deploy and govern internal vibe coded apps. Enable your citizen developers to build with Claude Code, Codex, or the coding agent of your choice, and Greenlight gives them a safe way to deploy and share what they build with teammates. The problem Greenlight solves Your employees are likely already vibe coding internal software, from dashboards and trackers to whole CRM replacements. They bring the app to IT, and IT has no governed path to put it into production. So it sits in the request queue or gets immediately rejected. Employees who deploy on their own do whatever their agent tells them, sometimes publishing apps straight to the public web with leaked company data inside. Greenlight lets IT set what's approved in advance, so citizen developers can keep shipping without waiting and anything sensitive stays secure and protected. Key capabilities - Your employees keep the agent they already use. Greenlight connects to the approved coding agent on their machine, so nobody rebuilds anything in a new tool to get it deployed. - IT approves once, as policy. IT decides up front which data sources and integrations clear automatically and which need a person in the loop. Read-only access to a low-sensitivity source deploys in seconds, while write access or sensitive systems route to IT for explicit approval. - IT grants data access per app. IT grants and revokes each app's access to internal systems independently of the person who built it, and Greenlight logs every request for audit. Every app in the organization shows up in one place for centralized governance. - Apps run in your own cloud account. Greenlight deploys into your Azure, AWS, or GCP account with your SSO and RBAC applied, and injects no code into the apps your employees build. - Apps are promoted to a Company Marketplace. Greenlight enables an internal marketplace of IT approved, employee built apps that are shared across the organization. Why Greenlight's different Other platforms make your team build inside their product, inject their code into what you build, and host the result, so the app only runs as long as you keep paying them. Greenlight leaves the app alone. It stays your code, running in your cloud account, built with the coding agent of your choice.
