**What do you like best about Shibuya?**

Shibuya works with a small business, which is a fantastic thing often noted that they're looking for Customer Communications Management services, innovative and efficient services.

**What do you dislike about Shibuya?**

Shibuya is for smaller companies and industries, which makes it hard for it to cope in high-end business with a large number of employees and infrastructure, which in turn slows down the system.

**What problems is Shibuya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped our organizations face the expenditure and economic challenges by allowing us to gain control and visibility usage Information and real-time monitoring.

**What do you like best about Shibuya?**

nothing. implementation went rough, did not do what it intended,

**What do you dislike about Shibuya?**

everything. should have gone with different vendor. we had hiccups at every step and the team was not as helpful as we thought they would be. We ended up trying to configure everything and troubleshooting ourselves

**What problems is Shibuya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

product management. we were hoping to making product development, lifecycle, and the overall process easier with this software. we realized it was not a good fit and ended up scrapping the project
