What do you dislike about Sherpa?
The user interface and customer experience of the software is old-school. It serves it purpose but doesn't meet the current standards. Now, for the core of an e-commerce automated environment, you need something that works and keeps working rather than something that looks fancy. Nevertheless, it would be a nice addition to have a user friendly modern interface. Though a lot of configuration can be done with the settings, a lot remains in the hands of Sherpaan. Recommendations to others considering Sherpa:
I have no reservations regarding Sherpa and I fully recommend them. However, it is a smaller organisation with no global support. I guess customers outside of Europe will be able to use them efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Sherpa solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reporting for sales and finance is centralised and makes sure we have the right numbers. Customised reports helps us with VAT calculation, weekly reporting sales number and getting us the insights we need. Our logistics are fully automated and customisable.
