The user interface and customer experience of the software is old-school. It serves it purpose but doesn't meet the current standards. Now, for the core of an e-commerce automated environment, you need something that works and keeps working rather than something that looks fancy. Nevertheless, it would be a nice addition to have a user friendly modern interface. Though a lot of configuration can be done with the settings, a lot remains in the hands of Sherpaan.
