**What do you like best about SHC?**

The SHC team and partnership have been great. This solution lets our multipurpose club tailor what we need for each department, including sales, scheduling, profiles, and permissions.

**What do you dislike about SHC?**

Having an additional platform isn't ideal but it is necessary to fill the gaps from our club management solution.

**What problems is SHC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SHC has greatly enhanced the mobile member solution and provided a solution for our employees. In our industry, our team is not sitting behind a desk so having a mobile employee experience is key.

**What do you like best about SHC?**

I like that SHC is user-friendly and visually appealing. It keeps our reservation system consistent and keeps our members engaged even if they are not in the club. It also alleviates some job functions. I have no areas of concern with our app; it does what we want it to do, and our members love it.

**What do you dislike about SHC?**

It was fairly easy, just time consuming to customize it to our liking.

SHC keeps our reservation system consistent, engages members even outside the club, and alleviates some job functions.

**What do you like best about SHC?**

SHC is willing to customize their features to fit our different programing.  The staff has been amazing and knowledgeable since implementation.  The software is easy for our customers to reserve courts and book lessons and leagues.  The software easily integrated with our billing software.  SHC is now our member facing software and the mobile app has created a better overall experience.

**What do you dislike about SHC?**

It was a newer company when we integrated, so we have been customizing and building out features for almost 2 years.  This can also be viewed as a strength, as they were able to make these customized requests.

**What problems is SHC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SHC has made non member registration for our programing much easier.  It also has improved our app experience for members and our staff.  Our staff can now book lessons and personal training sessions from their phones.

**What do you like best about SHC?**

The software is extemely easy to use, and the SHC staff provides excellent customer service and support. They are true partners with us, equally vested in our success and members' experiences.

**What do you dislike about SHC?**

So far, no downsides. I wish I switched sooner!

**What problems is SHC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing ou group exercise payroll and attendance reporting based on usage. Imoriving the member experience in terms of waitlists and automatic promotion.
