**What do you like best about SharePoint Short URL?**

This is by far one of the easiest add-ins to SharePoint.  It allows you to quickly condense and URL string that would take up to 5 lines in an email or word document and shrink it to 15 characters (all in one line).  This add-in just works and is easy to set up and use.

**What do you dislike about SharePoint Short URL?**

There is nothing about this that I do not like.  The application could not be easier to install and use.  I wish it was 'native' to SharePoint, but it is a third party add-in.

**Recommendations to others considering SharePoint Short URL:**

Once you use this you will never uninstall it.  Great tool and the price cannot be beaten (Free!)

**What problems is SharePoint Short URL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving the design and sharing of URLs within SharePoint through Email, Chat, and Work documents.  Allowing for easy to remember or easy to click URL links amongst our team and or clients.
