The team is quite active and bringing more features to the suite, so everytime I get more features for my investment. I really recommended. **What do you dislike about Linko?** I've been using linko for over two years now and I have not found any downsizes yet. **What problems is Linko solving and how is that benefiting you?** - I send a ton of linkedin post over linkedin DMs I just hate posting long urls. I use linko to shorten these post and give a clean professional look on these messages. - I have created QR codes that my customer's clients can scan for signing up to loyalty programs - It is great for tracking clicks on email signatures ### 2. It has been easy to implement the tool with access to the API to use it from the browser with 2 clicks. Now I use it all the time because it has become indispensable. I would highlight above all the support. There is nothing worse than feeling lost or being attended to after days or weeks. The support is incredible. I have seen few SaaS that have such good and fast support. They really clarify doubts and guide you through them. **What do you dislike about Linko?** The bios could have a more 2024 design. It's not that they're bad, but I think they could be more configurable at some point. **What problems is Linko solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to measure all marketing actions, being able to have control over ads, campaigns, and the effectiveness of different channels to see which is the most profitable. ### 3. It is also one of the very few URL shortners that will take non-English slugs like words such as (ജിമ്മി = Jimmy) in Indian languages like Malayalam. It is also one of the few URL shortners with a working Splash Page functionality as well as the option to add a custom Meta Title, Meta Description and an Open Graph image that will be shown when shared in social media. I bought this product about 3 years ago and I can say that this is a fully functional product. **What do you dislike about Linko?** The UI in light mode, especially the background is actually too light and "whitish". You cannot discriminate the field backgrounds with the sorrounding background. **What problems is Linko solving and how is that benefiting you?** I primarily use it as a link shortner that has its own Metat title, description and OG image which will be shown when shared. However, the splash page option where I can see a sponsor add before sending the visitor to the final destination is the most useful feature for me. ### 4. I was looking for an alternative to Linktree and bitly and stumbled on this. I haven't looked back since. It's easy to add custom domains, you can add bio pages, you've got branded download pages, tracking pixels and heaps more. It's easy to add team members as well which is nice. Customer support has been incredible. Not only has it been super quick but there are times when I need something seemingly very small and they respond just as fast and helpful as something major. I use the platform every single day with over a dozen custom domains. It's really eaasy to get started and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Linko?** I would like to see new features a little more regularly but to be honest the platform does just about everything I wanted. Well, I would love it if the tool offered a fully white labeled version of Linko.me (for a one time lifetime fee) that I could resell to my clients. That's really the only thing missing (for me). Their QR codes can even display a product or client logo in the middle. I understand that this is how successful SaaS works. **What problems is Linko solving and how is that benefiting you?** G2 only allows me to mention that this software is a URL shortener but the real value for me is in the Bio Pages you can create and share with "magic" editor links. These links allow me to invite users to edit their page only, without providing access to the dashboard. ### 8. E.g. I changed CRMs and calendar bookings from Hubspot to Calendly to Pipedrive and I was able to maintain the same links throughout the changes. **What do you dislike about Linko?** There's very little to dislike about linko. The only thing that confused me was the "trash" function. When an item is put into trash it still counts towards the max limit of that item, so if you have a max of 10 links the links still in the trash count towards that limit. I reached out to support and they were very helpful. You just need to clear your trash and then your limit is refreshed. Honestly, it's a good feature and I just wasn't clear on how it worked. So really, now that I've used it a few times and it's saved me I think of it as a benefit. **What problems is Linko solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been using Linko as a link management tool and for it's bio pages for over a year. Service has worked exactly as expected and support is responsive, often getting responses directly from the leadership team. The bio pages also make my life super easy and they work great. And sometimes I wonder about some of them--I see a lot from "Boardman, US," for instance, which seems statistically unlikely, and I wonder what they are. It has an intuitive UI, plus the customer service is pretty reliable. **What do you dislike about Linko?** There is nothing really to dislike. I am a long time user and the website has worked wonderfully. **What problems is Linko solving and how is that benefiting you?** Linko is able to track the origin from where the short URL was opened and the device used.
