As an agency, we passed about $10MM each year through Shape and made budget management a breeze. **What do you dislike about Shape Integrated Software?** Since the acquisition, customer support went downhill and shady business practices followed. For example, they said I had "no active subscriptions" and continued to bill me. When I went to cancel, they refused to refund the billing. They are all about the bottom line now and compromised the once-great software solution to maximize profits and get their shareholders paid. I hate when private equity buys good products and destroys them. STAY FAR WAY **What problems is Shape Integrated Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** They used to be the tool that managed all of our paid media budgets, until they wen't downhill after the acquisition ### 2. It adjusts campaign budgets up and down so that it can reach your monthly budget. I also like the auto-pausing feature. **What do you dislike about Shape Integrated Software?** Doing the math of how much time it saves us and the tier we would have to purchase, it just doesn't quite make financial sense for us to use them. Maybe if we had a few more accounts. **What problems is Shape Integrated Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shape solves the issue of having to constantly watch our client's ads budget and going in all the time to update them. That is automating the daily budgets to hit target spend. This allows me to know that my campaigns will never spend over budget. Outside of that, I love their data visualization and multi-channel views. Both of these aspects help me quickly understand where my monthly ad spend stand the changes I need to make to hit my goals. **What do you dislike about Shape Integrated Software?** There is nothing that I dislike about Shape. They continuously roll out new features that almost make you feel like they are reading your mind. Whenever I think, "I wish Shape could do this," they will come out with it within a few months :) **Recommendations to others considering Shape Integrated Software:** I recommend Shape to any in-house digital marketing manager and any digital agency. **What problems is Shape Integrated Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shape.io can be looked at as an insurance provider for online advertising agencies.
