Their focus on the experience, how well they listen and the speed in which they implement changes to the product. When we started partnering with Settly their product was still catching up on some functionalities we liked to see. We knew their service was a great match, but it has amazed me how they approached defining our needs, finding the actual quesiton behind our questions, and translating that into product solutions.
