**What do you like best about relokate?**

We use relokate to manage Blue Card and work permit applications for our international hires in Germany. The platform gives us a clear overview of every case status, and the step-by-step guidance ensures we always know what’s needed next. We also use it as a secure way to upload and exchange sensitive personal documents, which makes the whole process much more efficient and transparent for everyone involved.

What really sets relokate apart is the combination of smart case management and genuine immigration expertise — the team understands German immigration processes inside out. It saves us significant administrative time and gives us confidence that everything is being handled correctly and compliantly.

The German bureaucracy can take a long time - which is not the fault of relokate

Relokate helps us solve the complexity and administrative burden of managing immigration and work permit processes for international hires in Germany. Without a centralized system, it can be difficult to keep track of application statuses, required documents, deadlines, and communication between HR, candidates, and immigration experts.

**What do you like best about relokate?**

relokate handled a permit change for Aircall. The platform gave a clear view of what was required at each stage, and the team knew exactly how to handle the Ausländerbehörde requirements without anything falling through the cracks. Having one reliable point of contact who understood both the HR compliance angle and my personal permit situation made it particularly smooth. Would recommend to anyone navigating employee immigration  in Germany.

I can honestly not find a single thing I disliked about engaging with Relokate

**What problems is relokate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The bigger problem relokate solved for us wasn't the paperwork itself — it was the uncertainty around it. German immigration rules are technical, change without much fanfare, and getting a step wrong can mean weeks of lost time or a status gap. relokate brought clarity on what was actually required vs. nice-to-have, realistic timelines we could plan around, and proactive flagging when something needed action on our end. That replaced a lot of guesswork and second-guessing — both for me personally and for how HR thinks about employee mobility cases going forward.
