They are super responsive to questions and always make sure I have all the details and understanding of all aspects of immigration. Not only do they make sure I have what I need from an administrative/business perspective, they are also 100% there for each of our employees. You can tell they actually CARE about each and every one of their clients and their clients employees. Their customer interface is easy to navigate and leaves nothing to question. All the information you need is there, and if there is anything else you need or have questions about, their response time is above par to say the least. **What do you dislike about WayLit?** I have nothing to add to this section. No issues at all **Recommendations to others considering WayLit:** I highly recommend WayLit without reservations. We have used private legal teams and other specialized immigration support groups in the past. WayLit exceeds expectations in all areas, from implementation to process to support. So far, all the steps have been successfully accomplished. Immigration is only a part of my role, and I need experts there to guide me on the topic. They are there to ease the worries that many foreign nationals might have about the immigration process, and for this HR person, having them feel supported and that they can trust us on this journey is such a relief to me. **What problems is WayLit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problems that WayLit solves for us are tracking important dates, reminders of those dates, document storage, lower stress levels of our foreign national employee population.
