**What do you like best about Set and Service Resources?**

I liked that set and service resources allowed me to work as an independent contractor and choose my own schedule.

**What do you dislike about Set and Service Resources?**

I didn't like that sometimes I was not able to get an assignment I wanted because per diem wasn't offered or someone else would take the job too quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Set and Service Resources:**

I would recommend it because it is a fun job, lots to learn, but just be aware that assignments can vary by pay range, per diem and location. Such as you might have to travel a long way to get to the assignment sometimes.

**What problems is Set and Service Resources solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were trying to solve scheduling issues and retention rate between employees.

I love this type of work! Depending on your area, there may be many jobs or none. I loved it when I had something but communication between myself and my boss was next to none and it wasn't for lack of trying from my end.

**What do you like best about Set and Service Resources?**

I love the different stores, different tasks and variety.


**What do you dislike about Set and Service Resources?**

In my area, more people mean less jobs and tasks. They should have one person to do X job or Y store and there needs to be more competitive pay
