Thank you for your feedback, Nathanaël. We'll drill down into player controls to see how we can optimize them.

FYI the easiest way to navigate throughout a user session is to click on the events in the left log. The player will automatically lead you to the exact session time of the event. From the player settings menu (in the down-right corner) you can adjust player speed, skip inactivity periods, visualize clicks, etc.

What do you like best about SessionStack?

The tool has great co-browsing capabilities that allow you to watch what a user does on your web app in real-time. This is a new level for our support team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SessionStack?

No major concerns so far. An integration with bugzilla could be useful though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SessionStack?

With SessionStack we’re able to quickly diagnose issues with our platform. Their events and error log provide information about occurrences and number of affected users, which is quite powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
