It allowed me to tackle specific customer complaints better. Moreover, it is an excellent inspiration for UX improvements. It is also significant that you can hide user-sensitive data from the replay videos so that we can keep users' privacy. **What do you dislike about SessionStack?** I used it for the sole purpose of product support and gathering UX improvement suggestions. Adding abilities for user segmentation would be helpful.
