The installation of SessionStack was pretty straightforward - it literally was a matter of seconds

and can be done by non-tech folks as well. The level of details you’ll start getting afterwards are

available only with a session replay technology - clicks, page loads, screen resizing, typing of

SessionStack gave us 1500 sessions per month with their free plan, which is very generous, especially considering the fact that they are giving us access to a lot of their premium features as well.
