You don't have to waste a lot of time looking for the 'right' thing for your design. **What do you dislike about Sesimi?** Sometimes the system locks up. Then I have to start over getting the asset I want. **What problems is Sesimi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, the content was held in a database that was not easy searched. It required too much time to comb through assets to find the one I need. Sesimi also has a powerful resizing tool, that allows me to resize the same asset for multiple locations. Each location has a different aspect ratio and/or creative asset requirements. A very well integrated marketing environment. I am in a role where I market for 22 automotive brands. 9 of these brands have chosen Sesimi as their platform which is a great boost to productivity for me. **What do you dislike about Sesimi?** The only thing that drives me slightly nuts is that the individual manufacturers set different log in protocols for passwords - so some require certain characters where others don't. The function of the overall app is a bit slow, and could use some polishing. UI/UX is almost always smooth and very easy to follow and process. **What do you dislike about Sesimi?** My only issue with the current service is unfortunately a consistent problem. When using the same template to create and download thousands of images featuring new product, the 'download' option becomes frustratingly unresponsive, often requiring multiple clicks to initiate a file download. This is made even more frustrating when it pumps out a blank image or a blank image with an error code on it. For some of these files, I often have to download the same file 2--4 times to get the image I'm trying to. It's been suggested that I'm not waiting long enough for assets to load, but I've since realized that's not the solution. Many organisations use Myadbox to interact between themselves and franchises or retailers which means they want to be able to have oversight on the work prior to it being seen by the public. If this step is in place the process should be as easy as looking at artwork and approving it (followed by a notification sent to the customer). Maybe this can be improved with SMS notification on approved art? **Recommendations to others considering Sesimi:** I can't see one good reason you shouldn't be using MyAdbox as an interface between head office or your organisation and other marketers your organisation might have a relationship with. **What problems is Sesimi solving and how is that benefiting you?** They mostly have to do with corporate identity. Myadbox allows our organisation to quickly send artwork to agencies and ensure that they follow the same design laws that head office set out. ### 31. Support has been great from the team. Concerns and questions are always addressed quickly from both the dealer support side as well as the head office side. Team is willing to be open in communication and working together to evolve the tools based on feedback from internal business partners as well as our dealer partners. **What do you dislike about Sesimi?** Change takes a bit of time and road to the future is unclear. Capability at the beginning of launch of the tool was limited and tool uptake from dealers was limited. Dealers wanted something more dynamic when it comes to creative capability. Feedback from building ad is that the tool is slow when loading assets, this issue has been addressed, but still a common point of feedback we receive from our dealer partners. Also, feedback received point to concerns about the difficulty of finding certain resources within the tool as asset tagging has been a challenge. **Recommendations to others considering Sesimi:** Ensure to understand roadmap and work together with all parties on requirements to avoid negative feedback from users after launch as implementing new features and feedback may take some time and hinder business. **What problems is Sesimi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previous tool organization used was outdated and required something more dynamic where our dealers are able to build and publish ads and marketing. MyAdbox was able to address this issue with the AdBuilder suite which allow our dealers to build various types of ads while allowing the organization to use the tool to host all the creative assets it wants to make avaliable to internal business partners as well as our dealer partners. ### 33. It has improved efficiency and reduced cost substantially. **What problems is Sesimi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to quickly produce content whilst keeping within brand requirements/guidelines. I occasionally use the nameplate portion as well to download vehicle pictures for my slides. **What do you dislike about Sesimi?** 1. We have monthly deadlines for our claim submissions, at the moment, the fund period is built bi-annually, therefore it is a bit hard to police when they do not have a deadline in the system until 5 months later when in fact the deadline is monthly. 2. When we reject a document in a claim and we enter the notes in, once the Dealer resubmits, the notes disappear. it is hard to keep track of why we rejected the claim in the first place especially when we deal with a lot of claims. We will need to create a separate tracker to just track that information. **Recommendations to others considering Sesimi:** I think it is a great system and I highly recommend it! **What problems is Sesimi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that the dealers do not need to mail in their submissions anymore and it is easier to keep track of the claims in the system. ### 35.
