**What do you like best about SES Metric?**

Using it, I am able to see the real-time open rate and click through rate so you quickly know how successful your email blasts are. Real-time data increases my adaptability as I alter ongoing campaigns and plan the subsequent ones.

**What do you dislike about SES Metric?**

The data about email performance cannot be easily categorized according to demographics or the subscribers’ behavior. This goes a long way into making it hard to establish trends, and adapt campaigns to specific audiences.

**What problems is SES Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SES Metric has come up with a way, which simplifies the way I track my email campaign. The real-time data and user-interface help me monitor various aspects of performance and then make certain decisions in a way that does not cause much discomfort.
