I like the normalization services though we have struggled to get them working correctly. I also really like the content service provided by ServiceNow to continually feed us data from other customers, as well as take our custom products and work through setting them up as out-of-the-box normalized products. I wish there were better documentation around how and when normalization works on software titles. We struggle with that understanding as well as processes.
