I really liked the interface of ServiceNow IT Asset Management. It stands out because of the variety of options it offers and how simple and intuitive it is to use. This makes it easy to track assets and keep everything organized, which I've found to be more efficient compared to other tools. The setup was pretty easy as well, which gives me a lot of confidence when working with it. I can feel it saves a lot of time versus other similar products in the market. I like the ease of use and the interface it has, which helps to clearly identify the pipelines and workflows it follows. The pipelines are particularly helpful because they allow me to identify where a particular request is held up, which in turn helps me to identify the respective person or group I can reach out to push the request forward.
