I found that ServiceNow IT Asset Management wasn't sufficient for our needs, especially in monitoring compliance across different regions, countries, and even down to business unit levels for Microsoft licenses. The tool didn't meet our expectations, and we stopped the Proof of Value (POV) when we realized it wasn't right for us. Also, the initial setup was really complex, which added to our dissatisfaction.
