Inconsistent, disappeared frequently, billing process doesn't make logical sense, implementation has been very costly. Going on 8 months and is still not complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Describe the project or task Sererra helped with:

Serrera's very expensive Netsuite integration was a mess. We have to hire an outside group to fix what they implemented, a total nightmare, maybe because our business was operating in the low millions we just were not priority enough to complete the project. I would stay away from them, arrogance will only take you so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sererra?

I am currently working with Sererra on a full scale business process mapping with Salesforce as the epicenter. They are extremely detailed and understanding to your business needs. They are also VERY strong with integration of Intacct accounting systems with Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sererra?
