Serrera's very expensive Netsuite integration was a mess. We have to hire an outside group to fix what they implemented, a total nightmare, maybe because our business was operating in the low millions we just were not priority enough to complete the project. I am currently working with Sererra on a full scale business process mapping with Salesforce as the epicenter. They are extremely detailed and understanding to your business needs.
