**What do you like best about Sererra?**

Great knowledge of the Oracle NetSuite system

**What do you dislike about Sererra?**

Inconsistent, disappeared frequently, billing process doesn't make logical sense, implementation has been very costly. Going on 8 months and is still not complete.

**Recommendations to others considering Sererra:**

Consider looking at other software and partners.

**What problems is Sererra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to use Sererra to improve our Tool Rental Service. 

Implementation is not yet complete, even though it's been eight months. Software feels very incomplete. There are a ton of "gaps" that we had to pay extra for.

**Describe the project or task Sererra helped with:**

Serrera's very expensive Netsuite integration was a mess. We have to hire an outside group to fix what they implemented, a total nightmare, maybe because our business was operating in the low millions we just were not priority enough to complete the project. I would stay away from them, arrogance will only take you so far. 

**What do you like best about Sererra?**

Vast knowledge of the netsuite platform but the lack of focus to implement the workflow we needed. 

**What do you dislike about Sererra?**

Lack if importance to the project, lack of respect, didn't finish the project and went mia.

**What do you like best about Sererra?**

I am currently working with Sererra on a full scale business process mapping with Salesforce as the epicenter.  They are extremely detailed and understanding to your business needs.  They are also VERY strong with integration of Intacct accounting systems with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Sererra?**

Some of our deadlines were missed, but they were not deal breakers.  Overall, no major complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering Sererra:**

If you are a small to mid size company looking for assistance with your Salesforce implementation and business process, then Sererra is the way to tgo.
