The training went well because of the professionalism of the team and their availability. They helped me to overcome some uncertainty and fears. They helped to review my resume even they helped me find my interviews and I got my first job as customer service. **What do you like best about NPower?** I like the variety of activities such as sports and how they have all the resources available for us to thrive **What do you dislike about NPower?** I don't recall anything I did not like about Npower. The team was so amazing **What problems is NPower solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was scared of going to an interview and my resume was not good. They helped me to fix all of that and they also helped me to improve my typing skills. Now I type better and faster ### 2. Helpful in starting new carrier. Supportive in getting ready for interviews. So many different exercises for self improvement. **What do you like best about NPower?** Everyone one in Npower Canada's staff is very helpful and motivated. I got learn and develop my own self by different activities. Some activities helped me a lot to learn about the opportunities in Canada. I don't need to think about the computer or travelling expenses when I was in Npower because they take care of every thing to support us in our carriers. And last but not least after graduation it's not over they still supports you by giving opportunities to grow your self more by advanc courses. **What do you dislike about NPower?** I dislike that I had to stop going to do in place study and had to do online classes because of pandemic. **What problems is NPower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Travel allowance Free study materials and computer services to complete my courses. Free account for certifications. Guide to improve resume and how to get job. And many more things. ### 3. Npower taught me how to write an appealing resume and to get a higher percentage to be selected by the employer for an interview which is the hardest part of the job search I experienced before I joined the Npower program. They will utilize all the necessary tools for your job searching at the end of the program. I enjoyed doing team collaboration which helped me improved my leadership, presentation, communication and etc. Npower helped me to get into the door of the IT industry now where I am starting my journey into the IT world. Their 5 years offered job assistance will be big guidance to keep me on track with my goal in the IT field. **What do you like best about NPower?** The unselfishness of the staff when it comes to any assistance that you need. **What do you dislike about NPower?** During our cohort, there is no hands-on experience in assembling PC as of now I saw a post on LinkedIn that participants can do virtual hands-on PC assembly and disassembly which will improve the learning of the participant. **What problems is NPower solving and how is that benefiting you?** The power of networking in job searching and utilizing the use of Linkedin for professional job search and connect with other professional people who are in the same field as mine. ### 4. They give many opportunities and alternatives to people who have obstacles in their life. They teach so many business tips and things to avoid in interviews and in general. **What do you dislike about NPower?** I disliked that it was virtual, but that was unavoidable because of the current pandemic situation we are in. **Recommendations to others considering NPower:** It was very good place to learn through the program. Specifically, Google Junior IT Analyst. **What do you like best about NPower?** The instructors were very helpful and the team is dedicated to helping you find a career in the IT industry. **What do you dislike about NPower?** Not much to dislike, the only thing I can say is if there is any busy schedule in your life you will need to be able to do Mon-Fri 8am-1pm. **What problems is NPower solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've learned a lot about IT and how computers work. If I had to pick, sometimes the sessions are disorganized due to an employer not showing up, for example, but I know that those are beyond their control. **What problems is NPower solving and how is that benefiting you?** I lack confidence and trust in myself, so they helped me realize my strengths as an individual. ### 10.
