In the long run it actually hurt my business image and lost pontential leads / business. ### 2. Can prep in my slow season and let it do the work during the busy season. I don't have to keep checking in on it. **What do you dislike about SendJim relationship marketing?** Some of the functions can be a bit precarious for loading and working in so you may have to take time on some things for loading. We use the Radius Bomb tool along with the Quick Sends tool to select the neighborhoods we want to market to and send them personalized, high-quality postcards to them. **What do you dislike about SendJim relationship marketing?** The only thing that I dislike about SendJim is that they do not have a newsletter option to send to our target market and existing clients. They do have a letter option but as far as I can see there are no high-quality newsletter options to personalize and send out. SendJim is always making improvements so I am sure it's only a matter of time until this is an option! **What problems is SendJim relationship marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** A problem that we are solving with SendJim relationship marketing is being able to easily select neighborhoods (down to the exact homes) that we would like to market to without having to waste valuable time and money by driving around trying to find these homes in person. ### 4. We are able to set up our direct mail campaigns and then let them run throughout the remainder of the year. **What do you dislike about SendJim relationship marketing?** The platform can be a little slow at times and appears to operate on a wordpress platform. We occasionally have trouble when customizing some of their available print materials. **What problems is SendJim relationship marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to keep our direct mail campaigns running smoothly to market to our existing clients. The post cards are high quality, glossy, and heavy weight. The designs are very generic and basic, but you can design your own cards and upload those designs for a more customized card. They ship out quickly. The software is incredibly easy to use and takes very little time mastering. They have a large selection of tutorials and videos to help speed up the learning process. The SendJim team offers incredible customer support and really sets you up for success with their program. They also offer business tips in some of their tutorial videos and really make sure that you can succeed. **What do you dislike about SendJim relationship marketing?** It can add up to be bit pricey. They use a credit system so it is easy to forget to tie that to the amount per credit. Post cards are reasonable, but the gifts definitely end up being pricey. Credits do go on sale, though, and you can set a spending cap, especially if you use any integrations. **Recommendations to others considering SendJim relationship marketing:** It is definitely worth the time and investment! It's incredible and the support is amazing with their blue bubble combined with their Facebook support group. Make sure you monitor your credit spending and take advantage of their flash sales! **What problems is SendJim relationship marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to cloverleaf out customer's neighborhoods much faster and are able to send more touches than just one if we were to do it in person. ### 7.
