That I can count on SendGrid to get important emails sent to our customers and company representatives. I have full confidence that important communications are being sent and received. If you're having issues with emails not getting sent through your website using traditional methods I would highly recommend giving SendGrid a try. What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

I love the SendGrid Logic Apps connectors; they make integration smooth and very easy to use. It’s also very flexible to use HTTP requests when I need dynamic templates, and the API spec documents are easy to read and very intuitive. The system performance is great: I’ve run mail campaigns via the API and they were all successful, with no timeouts or failures. "Stupidest support ever"

What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

I've been using Sendgrid for 10 years. It was easy to set up and "just worked". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

2 months ago my account was flagged because supposedly the API keys were leaked. I rotated the API keys and after a couple of days I got access to the account back.

On a Saturday the account was flagged again. The "proof" they sent me was an email that has been sent thousands of times. They told me to do a root cause analysis. This included inane questions like when I noticed the "intrusion". 3 days of different people speaking only in text blocks followed. The last person told me that I was a "repeat offender" and wouldn't get my account back.

I'm just grateful that this happened before I had to set up a payment because the free plan had almost ended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

The API itself works fine. The UI is relatively easy to navigate. It does everything you'd need an email API to do. As long as you don't mind constantly being suspended for false flags and getting support at least 3 business days later every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

There is zero support when the system automatically flags you for "unusual" activity. We have a 99% reputation according to SendGrid with 0 spam reports and 0 unsubscribes. Our app traffic tends to surge on one day each week according which causes our emails to surge on that day as well. We have been with SendGrid for about 3 months and have now been suspended 4 times and each time they say it was a false suspension. But there is no response for DAYS each time.
