However the thing that impressed me the most is the post-sales aftercare, it really helped us get used to the system and ensure we were getting the most from it. It was startlingly different to my experience with other platforms whereas once the integration is over, you're just left to get on with it. Amarbir was fantasic in the provision of this. **What do you dislike about Selligence?** My understanding is that the aftercare provision is being scaled back, which seems really backwards given it's such a USP and without it, I wouldn't have written such a positive review. **What problems is Selligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gaining market insights, which helps us appropch companies at the right time for them, weeks before they go live with vacancies, at the conception stage of growth. ### 2. The Linkedin browser extension is wonderful as it gives me a way to immediately reach out to good candidates instead of waiting on them to answer my invite. It allows me to be more productive and get more tasks done on a daily basis due to the time it has saved me, which in short has allowed me to have more conversations with clients and candidates, some of which I'd of never known existed. Finn has been absolutely class in the onboarding process with ourselves. He's allowed us to get up to speed in a short space of time, showing us the different qualities that this platform holds, which we've all started to use on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about Selligence?** I would have to say the integration within our CRM system.
