**What do you like best about Secret Escapes?**

The best feature of secret escapes is the refundable policy, as we get a full refund if somehow we cannot make the trip. They curate all the deals based on several filters, which is fantastic to find and select. The discounts they offer are excellent and are unique to themselves.

**What do you dislike about Secret Escapes?**

Currently, the refundable policy applies eight days before your check-in date, which is a large gap; if they could reduce that to 3 or 4 days, that would be great and make them the master in tours and travel bookings.

**What problems is Secret Escapes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They consolidate all the hotels and packages in one place with several filters so that I can choose the hotel within my budget range and the locality of that hotel, and they also provide detailed information on nearby attractions to visit, which is excellent as we will get to know what to see near the hotel.

Hassle-free experience of booking via Secret Escapes, especially if you want to explore Europe continent. There are experiences curated as per your liking with all kinds of budget. At any point in time, deals will be going on that can reduce your expenditure.

**What do you dislike about Secret Escapes?**

There is a delay in reply if you have a query that can be answered within 3-5 business days. Some trips have fixed itineraries that cannot be changed, and there is a different process for changing.

**What problems is Secret Escapes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making travel hassle-free, as you know, someone is taking care of the trip so that you can sit back and enjoy while the Secret Escapes team curates the experience.
