The customer service. There are a lot of moving parts when it comes to optimizing offers for different client needs...and troubleshooting those issues is crucial before pushing anything live. And their customer service (specifically Naomi) was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable on the product configurations and limitations...and even worked with their internal dev team on some potential product roadmap enhancements to help solve for the solutions we were hoping to achieve. I find BOGOS: Free Gift Bundle Upsell very simple to use, which makes adding a free gift easy. It's probably the easiest app I've used for a Shopify add-on. The live chat is super helpful, and their customer service is excellent. I like that it offers all the features I need, not just the free gift bundle upsell. The support is great too, especially with Junie, who was phenomenal in helping me on the Animal Essentials website. The initial setup was easy, and I appreciate how BOGOS solves issues with native Shopify by providing bundles, upsells, and free gifts, which Shopify's native discounts do not offer. So far we are very happy with this app. The support team is extremely prompt, proficient, and friendly. We needed quite a bit of customizations to make the offers work for our store and Naomi has been an excellent resource and has partnered with me to get everything up and running the way we want it. I wish there was a way to have customers be able to select a second product from a collection to get a discount on both items. For example, they choose one art print and can select another one to save. The volume discount doesn't let them choose a second one from the collection visually. What I like best is the combination of flexible promotional functionality, clear performance analytics, and responsive support. BOGOS makes it easy to manage free gifts, bundles, and special offers while tracking attributed sales, order volume, and average order value. The main area for improvement is product synchronization and visibility into configuration issues. Changes to product handles, names, or variants can require the product to be reselected and saved again inside BOGOS, and this is not always obvious until an offer stops displaying correctly or shows an inaccurate stock status. the customer support is probably the best part of this app. anytime I have questions the whole team is super helpful. Naomi is very helpful and I have enen had some members of the team come back after figuring out the issue and helping me out. I really like BOGOS because it helps solve discount rules that usually you need a developer for, which is great because Shopify doesn't allow that. The layout of the widgets is pretty cool and intuitive, making it easier to follow discounts. It's really UX, UI friendly, and the support team is really, really good. They're available 24/7, super helpful, and super nice, which is the best I've experienced with Shopify apps. I also appreciate that they're actual human beings and not like an AI bot talking to you.
