They have a lot of quality products from a range of high end brands -- spanning from Monroe to Chanel. Their pictures are very well done and you really know what you're going to get in terms of colors / fit / etc. however lots of their products come damaged or have issues like the wrong item is sent. Unlike places like Wayfair or Costco, Gilt is stingy about how they "make it right" with their Gilt Concierge service. **What do you dislike about Gilt?** For such high-end products all online with no reviews on the website --- they should be offering outstanding customer service and instead they can be pretty stingy. They offer "Concierge" service which I used to find really awesome, now seems like classic stingy service where they don't send replacements or give credit where they really should. **What problems is Gilt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gilt does have a free shipping subscription that I appreciate. It makes it very easy to order products and search fun boutiques that update every day. I love watching for what will come out next. ### 2. They are very helpful and are only interested in helping you have a successful campaign. **What do you dislike about Gilt?** The only downside with Gift sales is that orders are very unpredictable. You can set aside 400 units for them and only sell 10 or set aside 10 units and sell out in just a few minutes. I think they just need to have a better system to estimate predicted sales. **What problems is Gilt solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best part of Gilt is the brand recognition we receive when having sales. We've also retained a large percentage of customers that found us through their platform. ### 3. They're very modern, stylish, and offered at an affordable price. I really love their pants in particular. **What do you dislike about Gilt?** Sometimes I don't love the quality of the materials being used and have to return the clothes as a result. Othertimes I've found they've had limited stock so I wasn't able to get what I wanted. **What problems is Gilt solving and how is that benefiting you?** They help make my shopping more efficiently and take the guesswork of what's cool to wear by getting all my clothes in one place instead of going to multiple retailers. ### 4. They also have a lot of great brands available. **What do you dislike about Gilt?** What I don't like is that they force you to submit an email address in order to browse and have access to the site, most shopping platforms do not require this of their customers/viewers. **What problems is Gilt solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm not necessarily sure if they are solving problems, but it's exciting to find an item that is cheaper on their site compared to other websites and shopping platforms. Scoring luxury brands for cheap prices. **What do you dislike about Gilt?** Gilt could be a star. main problem, it's as if you're scrolling through an Amazon prime sales ad. Able to scan for the best deals and sort by what is most relevant to me. As for competitors, it is much easier to navigate overall. Alot of places are clunky or have to jump through many pages to find what I want. I also enjoy the vast amount of options that are provided for myself, but also the wide demographic it has **What do you dislike about Gilt?** The thing that Gilt could do better is more filter options. I feel like I am limited at times in how much I am able to narrow my search so I have to scroll a bit more. Not the worst thing in the world but a way to get 1% better would be this! **What problems is Gilt solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem I am solving is the hours on end I spend sifting for deals for the clothing I like. I am someone who has a difficult time making decisions and Gilt makes my decisions much easier.
