**What do you like best about Second Copy?**

I appreciate that the data is not compressed; I can immediately recover, when needed, in little to no time.

**What do you dislike about Second Copy?**

When I have an issue, I have found customer care hard to reach.

**What problems is Second Copy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to restore data immediately without uploading it and uncompressing it to get to one data file or folder.
