**What do you like best about SCRIM?**

What is most helpful and what I like the best about SCRIM is its user-friendly interface, making it efficient to access information according to user preferences in real time without processing delays. the support and resources available.
Additionally, incorporating other existing systems within the organization to streamline the workflow.

**What do you dislike about SCRIM?**

According to my experience, one thing I dislike about SCRIM is the initial setup and advanced features that might need comprehensive support to new users. most of the time it needs the expertise to train the users in the organization which requires additional costs.

**What problems is SCRIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SCRIM is solving crucial problems for us as users, mostly related to data through consolidation, maintaining accuracy reducing human variance, and enhancing the process. this platform empowers analytics, trends capabilities as well as valuable insights.
