What I love about Scribe is how user friendly it is. I can make a scribe in 5 minutes vs. hopping on a zoom meeting to explain to a colleague and hoping that they retain the information. I use Scribe to create demos for new users of an Adobe platform. I appreciate that people can view the information on their own time without sitting through a lengthy webinar or video that may not address the key issues. I like that I can quickly and easily make an instructional slideshow or video without much effort. This feature is valuable because it allows me to share instructions with people who have little knowledge of the tool without needing to set up a phone call or live training. I find that more customizations would be helpful. For example, having options for highlighting things and including more clip art or emojis would be beneficial. I like the ease and clarity with which I can take pictures and document processes using Scribe. I appreciate that it assists in creating an easy step-by-step process and allows me to put links in there, making it easy for the user to click on them.
