The automated screenshot capture and text generation are great. I can walk through a complex insurance renewal log or policy duplication in real-time, and Scribe automatically highlights the exact buttons and fields I hit. I use Scribe to create SOPs for new hires, and it saves so much time while making a clear SOP for everyone to follow. The feature I like most is that I only have to perform the process once, as Scribe captures the process while I do it and writes out a step-by-step guide. It makes documentation an immediate process, as there is no need to prepare the system: just carry out the process and then clean the guide. The AI function has also improved and adds context that may not be obvious solely with the screens and/or clicks.

Sometimes, if the guide is very long, it can affect the performance of the team. In short guides, this is not noticeable, but in guides with more than 50 steps (capture/text), it becomes noticeable.

I've had issues exporting videos or copying the links to embed them, which has been frustrating, though we can still share the process guide. Not everyone needs to create Scribes; some people only need to view them, so I don't see the need for everyone to have a licence.
