The rollout across multiple departments has been smooth, and the desktop app makes capturing processes feel like a natural part of the workflow rather than an added burden. The UI is clean and intuitive, so adoption hasn't been a struggle. Pricing is very reasonable for the value you get, and the AI features have been a genuine improvement, especially when it comes to cleaning up auto-generated steps so guides don't need as much manual editing. When using the desktop app to capture, you do have to pause and switch between apps, which can interrupt your flow. The auto-capture can also generate extra steps for simple actions like clicks or deletions, so some cleanup is occasionally needed. Surprisingly easy to use and the output is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Scribe? Cost obviously as a small user base... Sometimes while using it on a Chromebook it feels like it drags the system to be a bit slow. Occasionally if there is a pop-up window from a webpage capture, it doesn't show nicely, but that is rare Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you? Organizing and creating SOPs for a multi-location restaurant group. Scribe keeps our formatting all the same more or less and ability to review and edit within a shared location is great. Only constraint is that we aren't sure where these will live long term if trying to integrate a chat bot into our operations for staff to be directed to information from a prompt, but haven't looked into too much yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
